The purpose of Empowering To Be (ETB) is to empower women of all ages to BE who God has ordained them to be or who they were destined to be before the world was made.
The mission of ETB is to impart one major idea into the hearts and minds of women, which is “before you were even a thought in the minds of your parents, a plan for your life had already been established and that plan is good!”
ETB wants to help women to understand that it does not matter what happened in their lives, that predetermined good purpose is still waiting to be fulfilled.

Though it was not officially named, Empowering To Be began in 2009 as a women’s only bible study. The goal then and now remains the same and that is to empower women to be who they are at the core of their being.
We are all gifted to do a particular thing. Sometimes life interrupts us as we are on our journey to “being” and we are derailed or pushed off our predetermined course; but it is never too late to pursue your purpose and BE who you were predestined to be and ETB is here to assist you in accomplishing this goal.
