Virtual Experience

  • There will be a Friday night session that will begin at 7:30pm EDT.

  • Friday, July 24, 2020 will include a worship experience like non other as we are led into the presence of God by the anointed voices of our praise and worship leader Senika Coefield and our featured Gospel artist Bridgette Hurt. We will also hear a powerful message from our founder Teta as she speaks words of life to us.

  • Saturday, July 25, 2020 we will offer sessions that will speak to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.  We will conduct eight (8) empowering sessions all designed with health and wellness in mind –  This is where we will do the work to get us back to a place where we are breathing again.

    •  The Experience will begin at 7:00am EDT on Saturday, July 25, 2020 with a PIYO and Yoga session (30 minutes each).
    •  There will be a cooking session conducted by Chef Judy, owner of three North Carolina restaurants; and Grand Prize winner of The Food Network’s show “Supermarket Stakeout.” She also appeared on Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen and Restaurant Impossible as well.
    •  We will experience more powerful worship in song led by the gifted voices of Senika Coefield and Knashonda Eiland.
    •  There will also be five (5) class sessions on Spiritual, Emotional, Psychological, and Physical Wellness as well as Healthy Living.
    •  The Breathe Experience will end at 1:00pm EDT.
